Several things went wrong this night. When launching, my clutch would slip, and at the end of the track my car had a bad hesitation in third. Third gear took longer to get through, so I was shifting into fourth near the traps. I'm getting ready to put new plugs in, hoping this will solve one of the problem.

I found out that even after a plug change, my car still hesitates on the top end. Something is wrong with the ignition, but the dealer can't duplicate my problem. I also ran my DR's with 25psi to avoid clutch meltdown.

Tonight was the first time at the track since the nitrous install. I was running the 75hp jets. MAJOR FUN!! My eighth mile times didn't change much, due to hitting the button late in second gear, but the last half of the track flew by. I also have a few motor passes mixed in.

This was the stickiest track I have ever raced on. I had to increase my tire pressure to 26psi to get some wheel spin so I wouldn't bog on 5000rpm launches. All runs were on motor.

CPR Texas Shoot-Out
This was an awesome race day. There were lots of 10 and 11 second F-bodies. The car was running better than ever on motor. After the first 2 runs my car wouldn't spin both tires during the burnout. This resulted in a one wheeled launch. I hope it was a fluke and the posi isn't toast. I also made two mediocre nitrous passes due to the horrible launch.
